Easy to cancel, and your money back if it's not for you

The short version
- • You can cancel anytime, yourself, in a couple of clicks. No calls, no emails, no fees.
- • Once you cancel, you will not be charged again.
- • You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
- • New subscribers can get a full refund of their first payment within 30 days.
Cancelling your subscription
How to cancel
- Sign in and go to Account › Subscription.
- Click Open Billing Portal. This takes you to our payment provider, Stripe.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
Your cancellation takes effect the moment you confirm it. We don't ask you to talk to anyone or explain why.
What happens after you cancel
- • Billing stops right away. There are no further charges.
- • Premium stays active until the end of your current billing period, since you've already paid for it. After that your account switches to the free plan.
- • Your account stays open, so you can sign in and resubscribe whenever you like.

Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're a new subscriber and ResumeRevise.ai isn't working for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason.
The guarantee covers your first payment only. Monthly renewals after that aren't refunded, but you can cancel before the next one and won't be charged again.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged for something you didn't sign up for, we'll refund it in full, whenever you notice.
How to ask for a refund
- • Use the contact form and pick "Billing". Include the email on your account.
- • Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
- • Once we issue it, it usually shows up on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- • A refunded subscription is cancelled at the same time.
Talk to us first
If something about a charge looks wrong, please reach out before disputing it with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster, and a refund from us reaches you sooner than a chargeback.
Your rights and changes
Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law where you live. If we change this policy, the new version applies to payments made after the change, and the date at the top of this page will tell you when that was. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
